Cutting Trunking using Dremel Rotary Tool
As I was installing a new hub in my flat I wanted all the wires to be hidden behind some fire proof trunking so I borrowed a cordless rotary tool from a friend to cut the trunking that was about 4 to 5mm thick. This tool I borrowed gave up the ghost fairly quickly so I was stuck in the middle of the project.
I then went down to my local hardware store and brought a Dremel branded rotary tool that seemed to do the trick. Within 3 hours I had cut all the trunking and installed it across the wall, hiding the cables. The Dremel tool came with a cutting disk that seems to have plenty more cutting capacity.
